My stay was in the Beach House, not directly accessible from the hotel, which led to some noise issues at night from outside chatter. However, the location is superb for exploring Ballycastle and the coast, with great views of the cliffs. The service was overall efficient and welcoming, although I witnessed some discourteous behavior behind the bar. The hotel restaurant provided decent meals, but the timing could have been better coordinated for a Saturday evening.
Rooms

The room lacked a listed number for easy contact with reception. Although noise from outside was bothersome, it can be attributed to the location and not the hotel's fault.
Service

The staff were helpful and making an effort to ensure a pleasant experience, despite a questionable incident I observed behind the bar.
Location

The hotel's location by the shoreline is excellent for the views and proximity to the ferry terminal.

The food quality was second to none, but the dining experience could be enhanced with more comfortable seating and earlier dining options on weekends.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy at night due to their proximity to the smoking area, but the jacuzzi bath was a fantastic touch, and the views of the coastline were simply breathtaking. The service was top-notch, especially accommodating us for dinner and providing great local tips. The location was superb, perfect for beach lovers and exploring the Antrim coast, though missing the paid-for balcony was a letdown. The dining experience was delightful with a wide range of options, and the coffee shop was a lovely spot to relax. Overall, a memorable stay with minor inconveniences.

The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were small but well-equipped and beautifully designed, though the need for simultaneous cleaning was bothersome. The service was exceptional during the seafood evening, but there were some minor issues with amenities in the room. The location, while overlooking a lovely bay and green area, could have been more distinct. The dining experience presented a mix of challenges and highlights, and overall, the facilities were good with room for improvement.
